By using ToolNest you agree to these terms. They are deliberately short, because the service is simple: free tools, no account, nothing stored.

1. The service

ToolNest provides free online tools and calculators that run in your web browser. No registration is required, there is no paid tier, and there is no usage limit. You may use the tools for personal or commercial purposes at no cost.

2. No warranty

The tools are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. While every calculator is tested against its published formula, we do not warrant that results will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

3. Not professional advice

The finance, tax and health calculators produce estimates for general information only. They are not financial, legal, tax or medical advice, and tax figures reflect published rates that change over time and vary by country. Before filing a return, signing a loan, or acting on a health figure, consult a qualified professional in your own jurisdiction.

4. Your responsibility for your files

Because processing happens on your own device, you remain solely responsible for your files and for keeping your own backups. Always keep the original of any document before running it through a tool. We cannot recover a file we never received.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the tools to create, process or distribute unlawful material.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the site or its infrastructure.
• Scrape or republish the site's content or tools as your own product.
• Circumvent, block or artificially interact with the advertising that funds the site.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToolNest and its operator are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site — including lost data, lost profits, or decisions made on the basis of a calculated figure.

7. Intellectual property

The site's design, text and code belong to their respective owners. Output you create with the tools — your PDF, your resume, your invoice — belongs entirely to you. We claim no rights over it and, as explained in the privacy policy, never receive a copy of it.

8. Availability and changes

Tools may be added, changed or withdrawn at any time without notice. We aim to keep the site available continuously but do not guarantee uptime.

9. Governing terms

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect. Continued use of the site after a change to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
